Correspondence Minutes and Briefings Between Councillors

I am writing to you under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. 

 

I would like to request the following information for the period of

01/05/2025 to now:

 

1. All correspondence - including emails, letters, texts, WhatsApp and Signal messages - between any of the following councillors:

a. When searching email inboxes, your search can include email suffixes such as: 

 
2.    All notes, briefings, minutes and/or attendance lists of meetings between councillors in the cabinet (https://www.lincolnshirelive.co.uk/news/lincoln-news/new-lincolnshire-county-council-leader-10209332), Councillor and representatives/employees of energy companies since 01/05/2025; including representatives of Heyco Energy, Egdon Resources, Star Energy Group and any other company specialising in hydraulic fracturing.
