Section 38 agreements Highways

1. Please can you advise if there are any section 38 agreements applicable to , and given its status as part adopted, if the above property abuts a section maintained by the Highways Authority under the Highways Act 1980.

I have attached a plan which shows the areas which fall under the liability for maintenance of Lincolnshire County Council Highways, Arundel Crescent and surrounding roads in Boston.

The attached liability for maintenance plan identifies adopted public highway as colored blue/red. If further information is required regarding any areas which are not highlighted as blue/red on the attached plans, and are therefore unadopted, could details be provided as to which specific area this relates to.
