Unregistered children's homes

I'm researching the providers of unregistered children's homes, which are homes not registered with Ofsted. Please can you help with the following? 

1) Please name the providers the council has paid for places in unregistered children's homes (not registered with Ofsted), including the (a) total number of placements for each provider, (b) the total paid to each provider in 2024 and 2025?

Please note, I am requesting provider-level information. The providers of children's homes are widely named in publicly available documents, including Ofsted inspection reports and council payment records. Moreover, the total amount paid to a provider and the total number of placements do not reveal specific rates.

NB Also, please note, the ICO has made it clear that low numbers can be disclosed. In IC-317971-V7G7 the ICO ordered a council to disclose figures, which were below 5, showing the number of children sent to secure children's homes annually.
