1) For each of the DfE Primary Need Codes listed below, please provide:
a) The Total Number of placements currently funded in INMSS.
b) The Average Annual Cost (fee) per placement.
c) The Average Annual Cost (fee) per placement for that specific primary need type.
2) Categories Required (based on standard DfE Census Codes):
a) ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder)
b) SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
c) SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication Needs)[4]
