Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to formally request the following information in relation to Valley Lane, Long Bennington, specifically the stretch near the Gablestock entrance (approximate coordinates: 53.002433064851, -0.78385914851029), and in connection with Highways Claim Reference PLPD25/00129:

1. Inspection Records
a. All safety inspection reports for Valley Lane from 1 June 2023 to 1 May 2025.
b. Details of the inspection methodology used (e.g. vehicle speed, visibility conditions, recording equipment).
c. Names or roles of personnel conducting inspections and their qualifications.
2. Maintenance and Repair Logs
a. All reactive and planned maintenance records for Valley Lane during the same period.
b. Dates, nature, and location of any pothole repairs or surface treatments
c,Any internal communications or contractor reports relating to road condition or repair prioritisation.
.3. Complaints and Incident Reports
a. Records of any public complaints, incident reports, or damage claims relating to Valley Lane from 1 June 2023 to 1 May 2025.
b. Any correspondence or internal memos discussing the condition of Valley Lane or its risk profile.
4. Policy Documents
a. The Council's current Highway Inspection Policy and any amendments made between 2023 and 2025.
b. Risk assessments or internal reviews relating to the adequacy of annual inspections for Hierarchy 4 carriageways.
5. Photographic or Video Evidence
a. Any photographs or video footage taken during inspections or maintenance works on Valley Lane in the requested period.
