Please provide details of Lincolnshire County Council's total annual expenditure on energy for local authority-owned commercial and public services buildings, specifically:

1) The total amount spent on electricity and gas combined for each of the following financial years:

a) 2022/23

b) 2023/24

c) 2024/25 (or the most recent year available)

Where possible, please provide a breakdown between gas and electricity.

Please include expenditure relating to all council-owned and operated buildings, including (but not limited to):

i) Council offices

ii) Leisure centres

iii) Libraries

iv) Depots

v) Other non-housing operational buildings
