1. In respect of the pavement between School Lane on Canwick Hill Lincoln please provide:

a) the date of the work last done under the 'cyclic program of work' and the scope of that work.

b) the programmed date of the next work to be done under the 'cyclic program of work' and the scope of the programmed work.



2. In respect of the pavement between School Lane and Heighington Road on Canwick Hill Lincoln please provide:

a) the date of the work last done under the 'cyclic program of work' and the scope of that work.

b) the programmed date of the next work to be done under the 'cyclic program of work' and the scope of the programmed work.



By way of background to this request, below is the substantive response I received after making a 'Fix my Street' request (ref 2862503):

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1a) The last cyclic drainage cleanse at this location was on the 2nd of May 2024. On this visit the tanker was tasked with removing silt from highway drainage gullys and offlets.
1b) Assets here are on an annual cleanse cycle so they were due to be visited again in May 2025. However, these assets are on a traffic management route. That is to say that traffic management is required to facilitate the cleanse at this location. Our sub-contractor had issues with their TM provider during the summer which means the cleansing of assets on traffic management routes are delayed this year. This work should be carried out over Q4 on 2025/2026, ie between January and March 2026.
