I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1. In 2024-25, 1878 families received a brief intervention via telephone.
307 children commenced the programme (155 on the weight management pathway and 152 on the healthy lifestyles pathway).
223 children completed the programme (104 completed the weight management pathway and 119, the healthy lifestyles).
2. Lincolnshire County Commissions a Child & Family Weight Management service as part of its Integrated Lifestyle Service, One You Lincolnshire.
3. There are no staff in LCC whose sole role is to support the Child & Family Weight Management Service, as this service is commissioned but not provided by LCC.
