Policies and guidance on the use of technology with adults with learning disabilities

We would be grateful if you could

1) share your Local Authority's policies and guidance on the use of technology with adults with learning disabilities in regards to social care support. 

2) If you have any specific guidance or policy for mainstream and everyday technology we would appreciate it if you could also share this with us.

The policy and guidance is not specific to people with Learning Disabilities, Lincolnshire County Council use the same policy and guidance for technology for all user groups.
