Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1) 0

2) There are no payments made from ACCW under these headings

3) There are no separate services commissioned outside of statutory duties. The safe accommodation service is commissioned in line with the statutory requirements set out in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, as detailed in the statutory guidance. Other commissioned services related to domestic abuse fall within the scope of the Act’s safe accommodation duties. Specifically, a portion of the community-based adult intervention and IDVA service supports victims with housing-related needs, including helping them flee to safe accommodation, arranging target hardening measures where appropriate, and securing independent, suitable housing away from the perpetrator. More recently, the commissioning of community-based domestic abuse services has been further reinforced as a statutory duty under the Victims and Prisoners Act 2024.

4) There is no cost to Lincolnshire county council with regards to the Homes for Ukraine scheme as all costs are 100% government grant funded.
