Pothole location on fix my street

I'm requesting FOI for the following information regarding a pothole located on what3words-zoned.guitar.satin reported on fix my street app.

Please provide documents and data for the following information

1) When was this first reported?

2) When was it marked up with yellow paint?

3) What type of road this is classed as which the pothole is on?

1. An enquiry was raised for this location on 29 October 2025 following receipt of a claim relating to the defect. (Enquiry 4574438 for reference)

2. A site visit was undertaken by the Highways Officer on the 31 October 2025. Whilst on site the pothole defect was marked up with yellow paint, and a job was issued to Lincolnshire County Council’s (LCC) contractor to repair the defect. This was issued on a 6 day response in line with LCC’s Highways infrastructure asset management plan (HIAMP) policy, and the works were undertaken and completed by the contractor on 3 November 2025. 3. The road at this location (Welton Road, Spridlington) is LCC Hierarchy 3 (C Road).
