Number of live providers delivering services

Number of hours' care commissioned, including any caps per provider

Contract structure - i.e. X Main/Lead providers across X Lots/geographies, catch all framework

Latest commissioning intentions

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

1. The council procures the following care services: Home Care We do not have a separate contract for complex care Extra care is part of our home care contracts Home Based Reablement Service Community Supported Living Open Select List and Community Supported Living Spot Contract The council does not commission live in care

Number of hours' care commissioned, including any caps per provider - There is no set hours of care commissioned or caps per provider.

Contract structure - i.e. X Main/Lead providers across X Lots/geographies, catch all framework

Home Care is delivered through a Prime Provider model based on geographic location.

There are 9 providers who cover 11 geographic locations.

Home Based Reablement Service is delivered through a single provider

Community Supported Living is delivered through an Open Select List for the Countywide service.

Latest commissioning intentions-

Commissioning intentions for each service are considered as part of a rolling recommissioning programme, but will consider specific circumstances and future requirements between 12 and 24 months prior to commissioned service end dates.
