The total number of subject access requests and FOIs received

Please provide the following details for the period

1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025:

(1) Subject Access Requests (SARS):

(a) The total number of subject access requests received.

(b) How many of these were complied with within the statutory time frame.

(c) How many  responses were completed outside of the statutory time frame or not completed at all.

(2) Freedom of Information Act Requests:

(a) The total number of FOIA requests received.

(b) How many of these were responded to within the statutory time frame.

(c) How many  responses were  provided outside of the statutory time frame or not responded to at all.

(d) If any of the requested information is already publicly available, please provide a link or details of where it can be accessed.

(1) Subject Access Requests (SARS):

(a) The total number of subject access requests received was 838

(b) 766 were complied with within the statutory time frame (this figure includes requests closed due to credentials not being verified)

(c) 72 responses were completed outside of the statutory time frame or not completed at all

(2) Freedom of Information Act Requests:

(a) The total number of FOIA requests received was 1974

(b) 1658 of these were responded to within the statutory time frame (this figure includes requests where the requestor was directed elsewhere, other than Lincolnshire County Council (LCC), for the data, i.e. District Councils)

(c) 316 responses were provided outside of the statutory time frame or not responded to at all (d) Responses are published on the LCC website (within the last 12 months) https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/directory/45/find-a-freedom-of-information-request
