2023/2024: 161

2024/2025: 154

2025/2026 (to date): 98

Q2: 2022/2023: 16 in-county; 82 out-of-county

2023/2024: 76 in-county; 85 out-of-county

2024/2025: 83 in-county; 71 out-of-county

2025/2026 (to date): 38 in-county; 60 out-of-county

Q3: 2023/2024: £906.33 per week

2024/2025: £1444.03 per week

Q4: It is not possible to quantify the number of placements that ended early or broke down without analysing records relating to each individual placement. This will take in excess of 18 hours to examine and correctly identify. The aim is to support young people to reunite with family, where appropriate, or into independence at the earliest opportunity; a placement ending before their 18th birthday will not necessarily mean it has ended early or broken down as it may have always been the intention.
