(5) Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

(6) Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?

(7) Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?

(8) Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

2)Please see the attached spreadsheet for a list of providers successful at the PQQ stage over the initial and subsequent re-openings of the Open Select List. The names of the unsuccessful bidders are exempt from disclosure under section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the prejudicial release of commercially sensitive information. In terms of ITTs (or mini-competitions) there have been hundreds of these run under the contract since its inception - it would not be possible to provide a list of successful bidders.
