Amount Spent on Refreshments

(1) The amount spent on refreshments, broken down by type and date, for Council Cabinet meetings since May 2025.

We have taken ‘Council Cabinet meetings’ in this request to mean meetings of our Executive – the council’s ruling group often referred to as the ‘cabinet’. You can see details of our Executive meetings and when they have been held here: Committee details - Executive

There is no additional cost to the council for refreshments for any of these meetings. For all council meetings, councillors have access to a drinks machine for tea and coffee which is approximately 90p per cup.
