Streetworks programme for Grantham

Could you please supply the following documentation relating to the £2m Streetworks programme for Grantham:

1. The business case for Streetworks in Grantham as originally submitted to Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

2. Devolution Grant Letter regarding the £28m (including all appendices relevant to Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) projects)

3. The grant conditions agreement(s)

4. All quarterly return reports submitted by LCC relating to grant commitments and spending of LCC's share of the £20m.

5. Final completion report(s) from LCC relating to grant spending and project details.

1. There was a single business case produced for all of the schemes being funded by the devolution grant, there were not specific business cases produced.  The business case, dated 27th September 2024, is attached.

2. The grant determination letter, received on 11th October 2024, is attached. 

3. The grant conditions are as set out in the grant determination letter and the business case.

4. The government did not seek quarterly return reports.

5. The final completion report, 2 documents as submitted 24th June 2025, are attached.
