To introduce mandatory school keep clear markings outside Binbrook Primary School which will be operational Monday to Friday, 8am to 9:30am and 2:30pm to 4pm. Proposed no waiting at any time signs near the junction of Kirmond Road and Orford Road, and near the staff entrance for the primary school. A bus stand outside Binbrook Primary School, opposite Coviller House which will be enforceable from Monday to Friday, 8am to 9:30am and 2:30pm-4pm.
