Lamp Post Banner Sites Currently Available

Please provide the following recorded information for FY 2024/25 (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025).

For the purposes of this request, "street banners" includes lamp post/pole banners and banner sleeves/flags.



(1) The number of council-managed lamp post banner sites currently available for use/booking (count).



(2) The number of street banner installations/schemes installed during FY 2024/25 (count), where recorded.



(3) Total spend (£) on street banners during FY 2024/25.



(4) If applicable, total income (£) received from third parties for banner site usage in FY 2024/25.

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

(1)Zero. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has 70,000 lighting columns which, if tested and deemed satisfactory for a proposed load/banner arm, could be available for use/booking.

However, none are currently tested and deemed suitable hence we do not have any currently available.

LCC columns that are designed for banner arms, have banners already, hence these are not currently available for use/booking.
