Section 106 documents between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2014

For Section 106 documents signed between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2014 please can you supply the following:

1) That S106 contributions were received 

2) all monies unspent/unexpended 

3) all monies uncommitted 

4) all corresponding planning references numbers 

5) any funds that have been returned to the payee

6) any money sat in account where claw back clause has expired

1-6. Please see attached.

The records requested are between 10 and 15 years old.  Because of that, it is not possible to be sure this is a complete record.
