Unexpended, unused and unspent section 106 contributions

1) Do you have an excel sheet of unexpended/unused/unspent section 106 contributions as the particular clawback of 5/7/10 years has expired?

2) If you hold data for the last 10 years, please can you confirm the amounts that may be sat in your accounts that can no longer be used dependant on the clawback from January 1st 2015 up to the end of 2018?

1. Yes, Lincolnshire County Council does have spreadsheets to analyse Section 106 agreements. These include the spending time limits and show where contributions require repayment where the time limit has expired.

2. The attached spreadsheet shows contributions which have not been spent before the spending time limit and will be returned to the developer.
