Provider engagement, commissioning and procurement

I would like to request information to understand the appropriate contact(s) or team responsible for provider engagement, commissioning, and procurement, specifically in relation to introducing services and exploring options to become an approved provider or a spot purchase provider within Lincolnshire Local Authority.

If possible, please could you provide:

(1) The name(s) of the relevant team(s) or department(s)

(2) Job titles or roles responsible for provider onboarding, procurement, or spot purchasing

(3) Generic contact details (email addresses or phone numbers) for initial enquiries

There are a number of teams and service areas who may reasonably act to provide engagement, commissioning and procurement' on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council and there is not a limitation on this, with any service potentially being able to act on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council. There are specific commissioning teams within or acting on behalf of Adult Social Care, Children's Social Care, Resources, Finance and Place. The Council does not operate approved or spot purchasing providers. All Council procurement opportunities will be advertised on https://app.panacea-software.com/lcc/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2Flcc%2F and suppliers can register their interest for future tender opportunities here.
