2) Reported Defects: A log of all complaints and defects reported by members of the public or identified by council staff for this location, including the date of the report and the nature of the defect.



3) Repair History: Details of any repairs or maintenance work carried out on Broad Street during this period, including the dates the work was completed and the specific nature of the repairs.



4) Maintenance Policy: A copy of the council's current highway maintenance and inspection policy, including the "intervention levels" (the specific depth/size a pothole must be to trigger a repair) and the required response times for this category of road.
