Farm Carbon Tender

For a tender that Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) ran recently via its Panacea portal.

The Tender project was titled 'LCC Farm Carbon' with a reference no of:

PL25/101.

  

1. The date the contract award decision was made



2. The date the successful bidder was notified



3.The date unsuccessful bidders were notified



4.The date the contract was signed or commenced



5.Any internal procurement timetable or evaluation schedule for the tender 

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

1. Initially the award decision was made on the 4th February 2026, but after discovering that a bid had been missed this was held back pending evaluation of the third bid on the 16th February 2026.

2. 4th February 2026.

3. 4th February 2026 and 16th February 2026.

4. The contract was signed by Lincolnshire County Council on the 16th February 2026 after the evaluation of the third tender and the assessment summary had been sent.

5. This project was initially evaluated on the 2nd February 2026. The evaluation panel was reconvened to consider a third bid on the 16th February 2026.
