1. Initially the award decision was made on the 4th February 2026, but after discovering that a bid had been missed this was held back pending evaluation of the third bid on the 16th February 2026.

4. The contract was signed by Lincolnshire County Council on the 16th February 2026 after the evaluation of the third tender and the assessment summary had been sent.
