(1) Start date 1 April 2025, end date 31 March 2030. Potential to extend contract at Councils discretion for further 5 years to 2035.

(2) Head of Facilities and Workspace Management with contract management support from the Corporate Commercial and Procurement Service.

(3) Services included:

Hard and Soft FM including planned and reactive provision.

Asbestos Management.

Energy, Environmental and Water Management.

Traveller Site Management

Commissionaire/Security service

On-site facilities management of Lincoln Campus and South Park Tri-Service Station

Construction, Design and Management (CDM) advice service
