Please provide the following information in relation to children's social care assessments held by Lincolnshire Council:







(1) The total number of social work assessments awaiting completion as at the most recent reporting date.

This refers to  assessments that are within the 45-day statutory assessment timescale, outside the statutory 45-day assessment timescale  .






(2) Of these, how many were:



(2a) unallocated to a social worker



(2b) allocated but not completed







3 The number of assessments outstanding beyond statutory timescales at that date.







4 If available, a breakdown of the above figures by service area or team.







5 Monthly backlog figures for the previous 12 months (or the longest period readily available).

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

30 underway but not in timescale

1090 in Total

(2) Of these, how many were:

(2a) zero

(2b) 1090

3. 30 underway but outside of timescale.

4. The 30 assessments underway but outside timescales are assigned to social workers within the Family Assessment and Support Teams.

5. Zero. There is no back log of assessments in Lincolnshire Childrens Services. The 30 assessments referred to at 3. above are active current assessments which are underway
