Please see below information regarding Hoarding. This was taken from the WB (Wellbeing) Assessment and Support Planning form, which is completed as part of the Wellbeing workflow.
The specific question asked is in Section 5, Part 1 of the WB Assessment and Support Planning form. The client first needs to be recorded by their worker as needing help to maintain a safe and warm home environment, with a further question being asked about whether the property is cluttered or untidy.
