Copies of all safety inspection reports

The maintenance and inspection of two specific road sections:

A15 (RAF Waddington): The stretch of road immediately outside RAF Waddington, specifically between the Sleaford Road roundabout (What3Words Taps.Angry.Doors) and the Mere Road, B1178, junction (What3Words, Studs.This.Grunt).  

A153 (Anwick to Sleaford Rugby Club): The stretch of the A153 between North Kyme village (What3Words: Shoebox.Haggis.Supposing) and the Ruskington Road roundabout (What3Words: Column.Disengaged.Suffix).  

For both locations, please provide the following information for the period 01 June 2024 to 21 February 2026:

1) Inspection Records: Copies of all safety inspection reports, including the date and time of inspections and the mode used (e.g., driven or walked).

2) Defect Logs: A list of all recorded carriageway defects (potholes, surface failures), including the date they were first identified, the category assigned (e.g., Cat 1 or Cat 2), and the date and time any repairs were completed.

3)Public Reports: A log of all complaints or defect reports received from the public for these specific sections.

4) Maintenance Policy: Confirmation of the maintenance hierarchy (classification) for these roads and the mandated inspection frequency and repair timescales for each.  

5) Receive this information in electronic format (spreadsheet or PDF).

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
