(1) The topographical report showing the bank could not support the road surface.
(2) The concession to the design scheme to permit the reduction in the road width.
(3)Is the width acceptable to maintain a 60mph speed limit
(4) The experience and qualifications of the Officer who signed off the concession or accepted the final work and did this involve - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
- The scheme undertaken in March 2022 was a maintenance scheme in accordance with our statutory duty under the Highways Act 1980. Therefore, a topographical survey was not undertaken.
2. Under the Highways Act 1980 the Highway Authority does not require concessions for maintenance works.
3. We can confirm that there is no set carriageway width for 60mph speed limit roads.
4. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) officers are experienced and are suitably qualified for the role undertaken. We do not provide information regarding officer qualifications as this does not adhere to GDPR. We can confirm that site visits were undertaken, before, during and after these works.
