Supported accommodation for vulnerable adults

I am writing to request the following information relating to supported accommodation for vulnerable adults in your local authority area.

For the purposes of this request, 'supported accommodation' refers to housing where support and/or care is provided to vulnerable adults, including but not limited to supported living schemes, group homes, and similar residential support services.

1. Number of Supported Accommodation Providers

Please provide:

a) The total number of supported accommodation services for vulnerable adults currently operating within your local authority area.

b) A breakdown of these supported accommodation services by type of support offered, including:

Supported living with personal care

Supported accommodation without personal care (e.g., housing-related support only)

Other supported housing models for vulnerable adults (please specify)

2. CQC Registration Status

For each supported accommodation service identified above, please provide:

a) Whether the service is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

b) Where available, the CQC registration number (or confirmation of non-registration).

c) Where the service is registered with the CQC, its latest CQC rating (e.g., Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement, Inadequate).

d) The name and address (or head office location) of each supported accommodation service.

3. Additional Information

If available, please also include:

The number of service users (beds/places) at each supported accommodation location.

Whether any services are commissioned by the council but operated by independent providers.

1. Lincolnshire County Council are unable to provide a full list of supported accommodation providers that operate in Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire County Council would only be able to confirm the number of supported accommodation providers that are contracted with Lincolnshire County Council.
