1) The number of Penalty Charge Notices issued on Rosebery Avenue, Lincoln, in the last five years relating to resident permit restrictions.

2) The total revenue received from those PCNs during that period.

3) Any risk assessments, internal reviews, or audits relating to the visibility, maintenance, or compliance of resident permit signage in Lincoln.

4) Any council policies or guidance documents relating to ensuring traffic signage used for parking enforcement remains compliant with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD).

4) All local authorities are required to sign bays and parking restrictions in line with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 and in line with the Traffic Signs Manual. All signs meet the requirements as stated.
