Lincolnshire County Council also carries out annual mapping of HAF provision and FSM eligibility across the county, reviewing delivery, uptake, provider capacity and geographical coverage. This assessment is repeated before and during each delivery period to expand places where necessary, ensuring sufficiency, meeting demand, and identifying any gaps in provision.
