You sent me a plan of your gullies and a tank under the road in front of Craypool Lane Scothern.
I need a little more information please. Is the tank an attenuation tank or a simple storage tank.
The purple lined sewers on the map that you indicate are of unknown origin are the Anglian Water foul sewers.
You indicate your gulleys do not go into these sewers but run off water goes into the tank. You then advise the pipes from this tank go away from the sewer and join the dyke east of Back Lane.
(1) I cannot see the pipes from the tank go uphill south to the dyke behind 26, so where does it go please?
(2) In addition how often is the tank and exit pipe cleaned out. I wonder if it's anything like the Anglian Water sewer that was 80% blocked with silt as the sides of Craypool lane are an embankment.
(3) I also cannot see how your gulley at the corner of Back Lane which joins with the your gulley outside 21 Craypool then goes uphill to the tank. Where do these gullies go?
(4) Is it into the sewer or is there a pipe to the beck please? - Decision

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
Regarding the sewers shown on the plan and identified as being of unknown origin, we understand these to form part of the Anglian Water foul sewer network. Any requests for detailed information relating to these assets, including their routes, condition, or maintenance arrangements, would need to be directed to Anglian Water directly, as we do not hold their asset records.
In relation to the specific points raised:
- Based on the information currently available to us, we do not hold confirmed records showing the exact route of the outlet pipe from the tank or how it connects toward the dyke east of Back Lane.
- We do not hold maintenance records detailing the cleaning frequency of the tank or its outlet pipe. As such, we cannot confirm how often it is inspected or cleared.
- We do not have confirmed mapping showing the precise routes of the gullies referenced at the corner of Back Lane or outside Craypool Lane.
- At this time we have no further information confirming whether these gullies connect into the sewer network or discharge via a separate pipe to the beck.
In summary, while we have shared all information currently available within our records, we do not hold further details regarding the routing of the gullies, the outlet pipe from the tank, or the design of the tank itself.
If you require information regarding the foul sewer network identified, we recommend contacting Anglian Water directly.
