Loading Bay in Horncastle

(1) Please can you provide details as to the original instatement and subsequent removal of the loading bay located outside Herons Supermarket in Horncastle at grid reference TF25836958, including reasons for removal and evidence of that supported it.

1. The existing restrictions have been in place for a significant number of years and were part of the County wide Consolidation Order 2012 so have been in place for a minimum of 14 years. Records prior to this date as to the reasons why a loading bay was installed and then removed are no longer available as per the County Councils document retention policy.
