Footpath safety inspection

1) Am I able to request a copy of the results of the latest footpath safety inspection please?

In terms of the safety of pedestrians crossing Boston Road at the end of West End Road and there being no safe route into Kirton village, without crossing right at the junction mouth and then across the busy road. I note that you advised that there are no plans to extend the footpath round from West End Road to connect with Bungley Lane.

2) Can I ask why this was not assessed when the new executive houses were built at the end of West End Road (Clarks Group)?

1) Please find attached site history report which includes the date of the last inspection

2) At the Former Factory Site, now Tulip Close, Frampton, Boston, PE20 1FD – a footway connection and tactile crossing was detailed on the approved planning drawing.

Enforcement regarding delivery of this footway connection in accordance with the approved planning drawings is a matter for consideration by the local planning authority, which in this case is East Lindsey District Council.
