1. The Apprenticeship Levy account is managed centrally by the People / Human Resources function within the Council. Specific responsibility sits with the Talent & Early Careers Team.
The Council does not disclose the names of individual officers below senior management level, as this constitutes personal data which is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
