I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the council's expenditure on the procurement and installation of Union flags following the local elections in May 2025.
Specifically, I would like to request the following information for the period from 1 May 2025 to 20 March 2026:
1) Has the council approved any new project or one-off expenditure for the installation of Union or St George's flags on highways/street furniture?
2) If so, please provide a breakdown of the total spend.
3) The name of the suppliers used for the flags.
