4. Cross border agreement with other local authorities where the equipment transferred is agreed on based on clinical need and what the receiving service can support.

5. Panel comprising of senior clinicians from across the partnership to review equipment requests:

County-wide NCS process in placed for both Children’s and Adult services – health and social care.

Prescriber assesses, discussed at NCS panel (Adults) or SEP (Children’s), if panel approves order is placed on Millflow (Millbrook Healthcare IT system), Millbrook purchase from supplier.
