Staff Eye Tests

(1) Please can you advise how much you reimburse your staff for an eye test, full cost of test or a set amount?

I can confirm that the information requested is held by Lincolnshire County Council. I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. 

 Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) provide free eye tests, for all DSE users by way of a Specsaver voucher. LCC staff can request a voucher every 2 years (or annually if there is a medical condition that requires more regular eye tests) and redeem at a Specsavers of their choice.

This voucher entitles the holder to:

* A full eye examination

* £20 discount off glasses from the £100 range and above

In addition to the above, when the prescription in the spectacles is required specifically and solely for intermediate (DSE) use, you will receive a pair of single-vision glasses from the £50 range or a £50 contribution towards another pair
