I am requesting information relating to works currently being carried out at the corner of Derwent Street and Carholme Road, which involve the closure of sections of pavement on both roads, and the suspension of parking bays on Derwent Street. I have identified the following reference numbers associated with these works on the causeway.one system: TMA001211 and SSC004029.
Specifically, I request:
1. Copies of the licences issued in relation to the referenced works, including their stated purposes, the specific use of highway space permitted, and the licence start and end dates.
2. Confirmation of whether any separate authorisation exists to suspend the parking bays on Derwent Street, and if so, the mechanism used (e.g. Traffic Regulation Order or otherwise), its reference number, and its duration.
3. Confirmation of whether the current use of the licensed highway space - which appears to be for material storage and general site access rather than the erection of scaffolding - is covered by the terms of the granted licence
4. Any correspondence between Lincolnshire County Council's Streetworks team and the licence holder or their contractors regarding compliance with the licence conditions for these works.
5. Any records of inspections carried out at the location and any assessments of or correspondence about the safety of the junction - Decision
