  • Digital Engagement Lead (G10) 
  • Digital Communications Officers (G8) x3 (full time), x1 (part time)
  • Digital Service Officers (G8) x3 (full time)

  • Digital Support Officer (G6) (full time)

(1b) CRM development

 

Digital Service Officers develop forms and case management for residents.

(1c) Digital Platform Developer codes and supports the delivery of widgets, and custom builds.


(1d) Digital Communication Officers and the Information Officer create add and co-design content for services.

(1e) Digital Communication Officers, Information Officer and the Digital Platform Developer are responsible for user experience and service design management.

(1f) No individual roles, are solely responsible for this. Digital Communications Officers to provide oversight into analytics. Digital Service Officers, can provide information on Jadu Connect / forms.

(1g) No specific team, Digital Platform Developer and Digital Service Officers help aid integrations across the council with external services.

3. The digital engagement team, part of the communications and engagement service, and leads and manages the council's online external solutions. Their responsibilities include adding content to the website, developing digital communication strategies, managing the creation of microsites, digital accessibility, government compliance and creating online forms with case management.

 

The team's primary objective is to develop and maintain accessible, user-centric platforms, forms, and digital channels to meet the needs of Lincolnshire residents and ensure they stay well-informed of their local government.
