Saltfleet scheduled works

Request

1) A detailed schedule of works for submission to my insurance company.

For clarity, I understand the proposed works include:

1a) Raising the paving stones/cobbles to prevent rainwater from flooding my front garden and electric gates;

1b) Installation of a gully to alleviate flooding in this area, which should also assist neighbouring properties experiencing similar issues; and

1c) Making good the verge with grit and topsoil.

Decision

1.

a. Job number 5869236 - lift 18 kerbs to maintain a 25mm upstand.

b. FPB Enquire 4577795 - Install 1x new gully (advisory 400mm) in carriageway and connect to existing drainage connection approximately 50m of new pipe work required. To help alleviate standing water on CW and private verge. – Should be noted this is a proposal at this stage rather than a schedule of works

c. No job raised at this time – Highways Officer is aware to monitor this and make good in line with Lincolnshire County Council’s Highways Asset Management Plan – details of which can be found at : https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/directory-record/61685/highways-infrastructure asset-management-plan
