I would like the following Information please:
A list of all the buildings please or the name and department of the person who looks after the maintenance of these buildings.
1. How many building/properties do you manage and maintain?
2. How many of these buildings/properties have timber windows or timber structures?
3. How many of these buildings are listed?
4. How many of these buildings are in a conservation area?
5. List of all buildings that are maintained and looked after by the council. Can I have both maintained and looked after. By buildings we mean all types of dwellings including schools.
6. Relevant department that works after the maintenance of these buildings
7. Best contact person for looking after the maintenance and upkeep of these buildings.
8. Do you sub-contract any of your work for restorations work on Timber windows and if so, to whom.

1.The Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) property Estate is managed by several departments. The majority of the building would managed by Corporate Property and consists of Corporate sites, and schools. LCC has circa 480 Corporate sites. Schools have the option of who completes their maintenance but there is circa 200 schools, some are managed by Corporate Property

3. There are 63 listed buildings but some are schools.
4. Approximately 160 are in a Conservation area.

6. Corporate Property are the main department, see response to question 1.
7. Corporate Property have a contract with VINCI Facilities that deliver the maintenance to our Corporate Estate and some of our school estate. Depending on what you want to know will depend who is the best contact.
