1) Experienced EHE advisors. Who are consultants and responsible for their own personal updating of knowledge on this area. Our consultants are chosen for these skills and have to demonstrate this in their work. We do not provide training to our EHE staff on pedagogy or learning styles. No specific training on EHE as the range of learning is wide and style is specific to child and family.
2) No set training materials. All EHE staff have access to the relevant statutory guidance and Lincolnshire’s EHE Protocol to ensure the LA can discharge its duties in relation to all children who are home educated.
3) No set training materials, or requirements. EHE Consultants are responsible for their own personal updating of knowledge on this area
4) No external organisations deliver training to this authority in relation to EHE.
5) The EHE newsletter is shared with all EHE families every 4-6 weeks and this encourages EHE families to share feedback, or can make requests regarding topics for their newsletters.
6) No assessment or evaluation in place, in respect of EHE training/staff.
7) No internal or external evaluations.
