3) Hybrid – the FOI requests are coordinated by a central team, Customer Information Service, however the requests are answered and approved within the relevant service areas within Lincolnshire County Council (LCC)
4) The FTE within Customer Information Service who coordinate the FOI requests is 4 FTE. We are unable to quantify the FTE who deal with FOI’s within the relevant service areas within LCC

7) Hybrid – the SAR requests are coordinated by a central team, Customer Information Service, who also complete the redaction and audits, however the records for the requests are provided by the relevant service areas within Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and qualified professionals will also complete an audit or records before disclosure in the majority of cases.
8) The FTE within Customer Information Service who coordinate the SAR requests is 6 FTE. We are unable to quantify the FTE who deal with SAR’s within the relevant service areas within LCC
