Civil Enforcement Officers

I am requesting copies of any policies, guidance, instructions, or training materials issued to Civil Enforcement Officers relating to enforcement of Contravention Code 27 (parking adjacent to a dropped footway), specifically in relation to pedestrian dropped kerbs.

Please include:

* written policy documents

* internal guidance or instructions

* training materials

* operational notes

* any criteria used to determine when enforcement should or should not take place

* any changes to this guidance within the last 5 years

If no such documents exist, please confirm this.
