This request concerns the installation of H‑bar (access protection) markings in the town of Horncastle. It does not relate to enforcement policy, complaints, patrol logs, or charges for pedestrian dropped kerbs, which I have already requested separately. Please provide the following information for all H‑bar markings installed within Horncastle during the past five years:
1. The full list of locations where H‑bar markings have been installed.
2. The date of installation for each marking.
3. Whether each marking was funded by the resident or by the council.
4. The type of access being protected, categorised as:- pedestrian dropped kerb forming part of the adopted footway * private driveway
* shared driveway
* commercial access
* other (please specify)
5. The measured length (in metres) of each H‑bar marking.
6. Any internal policy, criteria, or guidance used by the council when deciding whether to install H‑bar markings, specifically relating to:- pedestrian dropped kerbs
* private driveways

* locations within Controlled Parking Zones
