Requirements for Continued Safety

Given the five-month window until permanent works begin, please confirm:

1) What additional measures are being implemented to monitor this failing asset?

2) Whether the Council will increase the frequency of inspections or the robustness of interim repairs to mitigate the known, foreseeable risk.

1. No additional measures are being implemented. Intervention level defects will be repaired as per our HIAMP until the planned resurfacing works are complete.

2. No increase in the frequency of routine inspections, this asset will continue to be inspected once a month as per our HIAMP as well as an on an ad-hoc basis if we receive enquiries/Fix My Street Reports. Any intervention level defects will be repaired as per our HIAMP.
