1. Lincolnshire County Council does not have a dedicated person for Social Value.

6. All teams and individuals involved in procurement are required to follow the Council’s Contract and Procurement Procedure Rules. These include sections on considering social value in procurements as required by the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012.
