Meeting Notes, Attendance Lists, Briefings and Minutes Held Between Representatives and Employees

(1) All meeting notes, attendance lists, briefings and minutes held between representatives and employees of JCB and representatives/employees of the council - including councillors - since 01/05/2025. Please also ensure to include any presentations and recordings. 

 

(2) All correspondence ' including emails, letters, texts, WhatsApp and Signal messages' between JCB employees/representatives and councillors Sean Matthews, Rob Gibson, Thomas Catton, David East since 01/05/2025.

1-2. Please see attached documents. Lincolnshire County Council do not have access to Councillors mobile phones to access messaging apps.
